To bridge geographical gaps, forge stronger professional ties, and adhere to strict deadlines, the Anbosoft team made an onsite visit to the client. During this visit, our experts identified significant process shortcomings, determined their root causes and impacts, arranged the remediation priorities, and crafted a plan for implementation and ongoing maintenance.

 

Following a comprehensive evaluation, the Anbosoft team crafted enhancements and a strategic implementation roadmap in consensus with the client. The improvements were implemented gradually. The Anbosoft engineers collected feedback during retrospective meetings, set benchmarks through exemplary work, and tracked the impact of these changes using a suite of metrics designed to measure software quality and operational processes.

 

Educated the client’s team to enable their engineers to employ best QA practices

To facilitate an effective training regimen, Anbosoft appointed two instructors from our team. These instructors were tasked with evaluating the existing skills of 10 QA specialists, conducting training sessions, applying practical knowledge, and subsequently assessing skill levels.

 

After pinpointing the knowledge deficits and the QA backgrounds of the client’s engineers, the tutors orchestrated a bespoke online functional testing course. This custom program included:

 

  • Execution of tests and technical tasks to pinpoint areas needing improvement

  • Five practical training sessions, each lasting 6 hours

  • Daily surveys to monitor ongoing progress

Functional testing.
Whenever new features were developed, Anbosoft collaborated closely with the client's QA team to conduct testing on these features, ensuring compatibility across various browsers through best practices. Additionally, the team assisted in defining the scope necessary for regression testing based on impending software modifications.

 

Test automation.
Challenges with the existing test automation framework led to frequent test failures, numerous false positives, and extensive time spent in troubleshooting. To improve market readiness and handle an expansive scope of regression testing, Anbosoft’s specialists redesigned a Java-based test automation framework and refined the existing automation scripts. This overhaul resulted in testing times that were three times faster, reducing the QA process to just half a day.

 

Performance testing.
Anbosoft supported the client in executing load testing at minimal, normal, and peak levels to identify all potential bottlenecks and ensure the system’s capability to perform the anticipated volume of operations per hour. The team analyzed outcomes and provided actionable data along with recommendations to the development team for enhancements.

 

As a result, Anbosoft not only adhered to the agreed timelines but also played a pivotal role in the launch of superior-quality software.
