Start with the risk that is slowing you down
You are establishing QA
Define critical user journeys, a practical test plan and a repeatable way to report defects. Give developers actionable feedback without requiring a large internal QA team.
Regression is consuming every release
Identify stable checks worth automating and keep exploratory testing for new or changing behavior. Prioritize reliable coverage over a large suite of brittle tests.
Your SaaS product is growing
Review roles and permissions, subscription workflows, integrations and supported browsers where relevant to your product. Extend coverage as new customer workflows emerge.
A phased scope for frequent releases
First phase: understand the product
Review the release plan, existing tests and known problems. Select the workflows with the greatest user or business impact.
Next phase: make checks repeatable
Agree a regression checklist, defect reporting and release summary. Add automation where repeat execution justifies ongoing maintenance.
Ongoing: adapt to change
Review failures, escaped defects and new features together. Adjust the scope rather than treating every release as a completely new testing exercise.
Keep spending visible
Discuss an hours cap or a fixed scope with clear exclusions. Decide how additional work is approved and how blocked testing affects the plan. An estimate is more useful when it explains coverage and tradeoffs, not just a total price.
For a very early prototype with no stable user journey, a short exploratory review may be more useful than a full automation suite. For a team with mature QA, targeted staff augmentation may fit better than taking over the entire process.
Work alongside your developers
Anbosoft
Plan and execute the agreed tests, supply reproducible defect reports and summarize remaining release risks. Document test assets selected for handover.
Your team
Provide expected behavior, a testable build, safe test data and a contact who can answer product questions. Fix defects and make the final release decision.
Have AI features in your roadmap?
AI-assisted testing and testing an AI product are different scopes. If your application uses an LLM or agent, include representative evaluation data and behavior checks alongside conventional software testing.
Plan your first testing scope
Share the product stage, next release, highest-risk workflow and approximate budget. We can discuss priorities and the information needed to estimate a first phase. Any assessment fees, minimum commitment and start date are confirmed in the proposal.
