Dedicated to serving the entire region with premium medicine hardware technologies, the customer operates an online store based on Salesforce for handling orders, managing product warranties, and overseeing product returns. The Quality Assurance (QA) requirements included examining the following software components:

Before commencing the testing activities, Anbosoft's team of experts conducted an extensive analysis of the software which showcased intricate logistics. They worked closely with the client, delving deep to fully understand the distinct features and requirements of their healthcare and supplements platform.

Functional Testing
The QA engineers began by crafting extensive test documentation that highlighted each functionality and its expected performance, including comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios. These scenarios encompassed various processes such as making purchases, processing orders, approvals, payments, deliveries, and product returns.
To reduce the time devoted to crafting repetitive test cases, they implemented a shared steps technique, which was found to be three times more efficient than developing each case from the ground up.
Utilizing this test documentation, which also doubled as operational guidelines, the Anbosoft team performed simultaneous testing on both the server-side and client-side. This method allowed them to ensure the correctness of various statuses, corresponding roles, delivery details, warranty conditions, and more. They also verified that these aspects were correctly reflected on the website's user interface.
As a result, any detected bugs were swiftly resolved, user experience was enhanced, and potential business losses related to order processing were mitigated.
Owing to these impressive testing outcomes, the client entrusted Anbosoft with the task of upholding the high quality of their desktop application, which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

In our interactive weekly meetings and daily briefings, the Anbosoft manager imparted essential knowledge covering the establishment of streamlined and transparent QA practices. He discussed tailoring the testing strategies for distinct software components and the project as a whole. Practical sessions included estimating and planning the workload for the QA team, building and upholding the test model, drafting test documentation, and utilizing effective testing techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, state-transition matrices, and decision tables.
As a result, the client's team was well-equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to conduct thorough testing, swiftly identify software issues, and uphold high standards in their role as a leading healthcare and supplements provider.
